These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ReplyFastAI (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• violating intellectual property or other rights;
• uploading unlawful or harmful content;
• bypassing security measures (including CAPTCHA) or abusing the API;
• disrupting or attempting to disrupt the Service.

• You represent that you have rights to any inputs you submit.
• Outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
• You remain responsible for how you use the outputs.

• Some features may require payment/subscription.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings (Account → Details → Manage account).

• All creations and files in your Asset Library will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• Remaining credits and any active subscription cannot be recovered or refunded after deletion.
• We recommend downloading all content from your Asset Library before deleting your account.
• Account deletion is irreversible — your account cannot be recovered after confirmation.
• Certain data (e.g., billing records, legal logs) may be retained as required by applicable law.

To delete your account, go to Dashboard → Account & billing → Details → Manage account → Delete account. If you have trouble, contact us at hello@replyfastai.com.

Users may choose to publish content generated with ReplyFastAI to the platform's public gallery. By publishing, you confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to distribute the published content.
• The content is not vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or spam.
• The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• You agree for the image/video to be publicly visible to all platform users.

We reserve the right to remove any published content that violates these terms or platform policies, without prior notice. You can withdraw content from the gallery at any time from your Asset Library.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version here.
